As an adviser that has worked closely with Holloway Friendly over the past 18 months here is some feedback from my experience. Everyone who I have dealt with has been incredibly professional and dedicated, especially Beccy! Every time I’ve had a silly question or query she’s very reliable and always get a quick response back. From an adviser’s point of view the communication from your side to me is top notch and anything I ask is never too much, and I believe this has helped me in my adviser journey, by broadening my knowledge and giving me more confidence (which I severely lacked). Holloway Friendly are the provider which I 90% of the time recommend. It is a simple application process, you usually offer the highest maximum amount allowable to the client and your rapid turnaround times on underwriting terms really stand out. After being diagnosed with quite a serious disease I turned to Holloway Friendly to help out with my mortgage payments. I had to wait a month for my first payment, which I knew but they kept coming and this took away a lot of the stress. They’ve been brilliant all the way through. A lot of companies will ask you for a review immediately after purchasing their product, however Holloway Friendly ask for a review after you’ve dealt with their customer service and respect that. Before purchasing the income protection, I questioned myself do I really need it, never been off sick in my life for longer than 2 weeks, but you never know.
