Please put your request in writing and include your full name, date of birth, insurance number and full address.
Please include a certified copy of either: your marriage certificate, decree NISI, decree absolute, birth certificate, passport, driving licence or deed poll.

Please tell us your new details, by completing our Direct Debit form, and emailing it to us at [email protected].
In your email, please include your full name, date of birth, insurance number and full address.
Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 0931 535, and we’ll update your Direct Debit details over the phone.

If you’d like to change anything on your insurance, like how much you pay each month, the amount of insurance you have or your salary or job details, please email us at [email protected].
If you’ve had your insurance for at least 3 years and you’re up to date with your Direct Debit payments, you can pause it for up to 6 months.
Please remember:
- You won’t be able to claim while your insurance is paused
- You’ll need to be back at work for 3 months before you can make a claim
We’d love for you to stay, but we understand that things change.
If you’re leaving because you need to reduce your outgoings, it may be worth speaking to us first. Our insurance is flexible, so we can change it to reduce how much it costs you. If you’d like to find out more, please call our Member Services team on 0800 0931 535 (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm).
