Before you get started
Some of our members have exclusions on their insurance. These are conditions which they can’t claim on, based on what they told us when they applied. For example, if your employer will continue to pay you your full salary for a period of time, we won’t be able to start paying you until this has ended (this doesn’t apply to our Home Protector product).
Before starting your claim, please check that you don’t have an exclusion for the reason you’re claiming.
You may also want to check what your employer and any other insurance you have will pay you and for how long, as this will affect how much we can pay you. For example, if your employer will continue to pay you your full salary for a period of time, we won’t be able to start paying you until this has ended.

Please give us as much information as possible. Once you’ve submitted your claim, we’ll call you to discuss your case. We’ll call you Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00 and usually within 24 hours.
